Animation Updates and Bug fixes

Hello,

October is half way through, and we have a fairly large update:

1. New rat death animations and sounds
2. Fixed balance of weapon upgrade drops
3. Fixed flame thrower bug
4. Fixed dodge roll losing gun upgrade bug

We will continue to make small gameplay improvement and optimizations throughout October and November.
